A recently paroled Greek murder convict beat up, tied up and then severed the right hand of the 18 year old boyfriend of his 15 year old daughter when he found out that he had gotten her pregnant. He allegedly used a sword and I am wondering if it was indeed a Scimitar. The attacker then surrendered himself to the local police.

Middle-Eastern cultures (and the Greek culture should not be one of them) hold particularly malignant connotations for sex and sexual relations. In particular, sex outside marriage is often narrowly viewed as a violation of the female and her family that requires some sort of vendetta. On top of that sex is viewed as something dirty and sinful in almost all settings.

I would love to see this guy fucked by a mad bull in his village's square with the spectacle being broadcast live over the Internet.
