Is who you are a question of genes? Rich and successful people would certainly love it if everyone else believed so - simply because that would make their position seem natural and inevitable. But is it so? What if losers did not give up when thy lost? What if they were convinced they can get all the way to the top. Would things be as easy for the rest?

What makes a winner? Genes or a learned conviction that you can make it, that you can be the best, that you can be successful? I say it is mostly the second and if most people actually believed the same, social order as we know it - in an inherently unjust society due to the fruitcake concept of wealth passing from parents to children - would be toppled in an instant.
