has my mind twisting
tasty Gordian twines
Is sauce the medium?
An inter-noodle filler?
Or a deceiving cover
that helps swallow
great noodle complexity?
Some nights I am
The King of Prawns
Having phone sex with
Cantonese waitresses
Playful spring rolls
on fresh grass beds
My chopsticks slide over
noodling Asian curves
Give me it
Let me have
My take away
Dinner of carbohydrates
and lonely thoughts
that get interrupted
by the glorious snapping
of a fortune cookie
that tells me
I would make
An excellent actor
