Burden

Your eyeballs shine in the dark
And swarms of terrors buzz you in.
Starry eyes you cast and hold;
Blades that trace my face contours
And stupefied stillness breed

Perennial chains of fantasy you wield,
Numb my mind and make me draw flowers.
A heated pool of liquid thoughts
Reflects your ridiculous existence

Trite, dried thoughts peruse the space
While oblivious dwarfs pull my shorts
I slap it. Mark the living wallpaper
Upon my skin, echoes lash splash

Your lacerating vision pain
Overexposed film and ruined tape.
I'd like to feast on some twisted truth
But photons are forever bouncing
In preordained paths

I grew under your septic eye
Clinical I am to the bone
Determinism is too determined
And all I get is corrugated facts

I greet each day quite casually.
Scientific method I use for my festivities
And subatomic inconsistencies tickle bleed.
Day break, skull hole blown shut
